The Prayer

上星期六 (2008.3.15) 是好友 Miranda 和阿邦的大喜日子。




在婚禮中，慕慕教會的詩班獻上一首讚美詩「真神之愛」，是一對新人自己選的，為要在婚禮中見證神的大愛，歌詞是這樣的：

真神之愛，偉大無窮，口舌筆墨難以形容，
高超諸星，深過海洋，長闊高深無法測量，
始祖犯罪，惶恐低首，神遣愛子拯救，
使我罪人與神和好，赦免一切罪尤。

縱然世代變更過去，帝位王權衰落敗亡，
頑梗世人仍不求神，卻向山石呼求保障，
真神慈愛始終不變，偉大無限無量，
亞當後嗣得蒙救贖，天使聖徒頌揚。

此外，在證婚儀式當中，慕慕和 Kirk 還有一首 duet ，就是 The Prayer ，這是一首很美的詩歌，是一對戀人在神面前的立約和祈禱，是 Kirk 選的，他還把歌詞中的 we 和 our 全改成 you 和 your。變成對新人的一個勉勵，以此成為他們的祈禱。

YouTube 上有多個版本，慕慕仍是偏愛 Josh Groban 和 Charlotte Church 最早期的版本，原先選上一個沒有歌星面孔卻有很有意思的 slide 的版本和大家分享，並把這首詩歌送給一對新人作為結婚禮物，不過因為版權問題，只好仍然貼上這個 original 的版本。
